Wee Gamers first look at Deepwars

1 comment:

Antimatter Games' DeepWars follows on from their surface wargame ShadowSea, but takes game play to the bottom of a hidden ocean deep beneath the frozen wastes of the north.

We will talk about the game more in a separate article, but to try and set the tone for you, we've found DeepWars to sit somewhere alongside Lovecraft, Bioshock, Joules Verne, the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Moby Dick - does that help?

Wee Gamers interview ... Devil Pig Games, creators of Heroes of Normandie

No comments:
Once again we get our interview helmets on to chat to an up and coming games publisher.  This time its with those lovely French chaps from Devil Pig Games.

They have been working away like, well, devils to get a very interesting World War Two game up of the ground, or on the ground, depending on your point of view.

The game? Heroes of Normandie. And it is on Kckstarter.  Here they get the 13 question treatment.

The Pad of Geomorphic Intent - a kickstarter

Who would have ever thought someone would bottle water and sell it to people who could just turn on a tap and get it there?

Repackaging graph paper and selling to gamers as something special is surely in the same league?  Well, not quite.  The Pad of Geomorphic Intent, or graph paper to you and me, is something a little bit more special than the graph paper you pick up at your local supermarket.

And is being kickstarted just to prove it can be done.
